Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, Jquery, Bootstrap, MVC. Design, code and test new web software applications. Enhance existing systems by analysing business objectives, preparing an action Plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects. Investigate and develop skills in new technologies. Develop new functionalities on our existing software products. Lead/mentor developers and share knowledge through knowledge- sharing presentations. Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule.
