Roles and Responsibilities
Handling Functional Queries on Amadeus relating to Reservations, Ticketing, PNRs, Cars, Hotels etc.• Handling the Technical Trouble shooting queries related to Hardware and Software problems of Subscribers.• Issuing Fresh Ticket and Creating Reservation.• Refund and Ticket Void.• Preparation of reports, Offline Troubleshooting & Liaison with subscribers and service providers.• Any other tasks and duties as may be required by time to time.
Experience in travel industry with the working knowledge of Amadeus or other GDS is mandatory
Flexible to work in 24/7 work environment
IATA / UFTAA or diploma in travel course is preferable
