Operational management
- Guide the team and conduct governance audits in terms of overall program governance and compliance, analysis and reporting & meet the KPIs.
- Ensure that the management and delivery teams are sensitized to all contractual obligations and liabilities through a proactive monitoring of contracts and delivery team compliances.
- Risk Management frameworks - COSO. Knowledge of frameworks (like COBIT) for other associated functions.
- Build and manage a team of strong delivery teams
- Involve in periodic contract and delivery practices review to understand risks from delivery perspective and support teams in identifying gaps in actual practice against the contractual commitments. Feedback /support for appropriate actions/ decisions.
- Has managed multiple projects / Large programs Large Project / program Management capabilities along with Cost Control & productivity
- Ensure deliverables meet and exceed client satisfaction.
- Manage and continuously improve key service delivery metrics within defined TAT
- Practice management involving resource management, recruitment, training, etc to the team members
- Guide the team in additional skills of advantage : Process Reviews, Enterprise Risk Management, SoX/Clause 49/IFC, Standard Operating Procedures . Experience of managing internal audits of large listed companies,
- Proposal development and presentation, thought leadership
- Part of all new initiatives and implementation plan & support initiatives under GRC function. Create Dashboard and track timelines of key initiatives
- Responsible for overall client service delivery in accordance with SKP quality guidelines & methodologies.
- Assist in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives.
- Create a positive learning culture, coaches, counsels and develops junior team members.
- Maintain accurate records to support and satisfy audit trails
- Lead special projects on request of senior management
- Ensure that the internal audit activity maintains its independence and objectivity
Identify and evaluate client's risk areas covering all significant processes and provide comprehensive input to the development of a risk-based annual internal audit plan.
- Supervise a team of internal audit personnel across different client engagements. Plan, organize, direct and monitor internal audit operations, including overall quality of deliverables, processes and Oversee billing and collections.
- Assist engagement partner with identification for any new firm services at existing or new clients. Prepare & track proposals and conduct proposal meetings with clients.
- Develop and engage team through individual contacts and group meetings.
- Assist with hiring, training, and evaluation of staff and take effective actions to address performance matters
- Demonstrate strong project management skills

- Identify opportunities at existing clients
- Develop new client relationships, identifying opportunities in the market, proposal development and presentation, thought leadership.

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
- CA with 8+ years experience in a related field, preferably in internal audit, consulting, advisory, professional services and/or industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
