Roles and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Manager Looking for an exceptionally performance driven individual to help manage and develop our fast-growing team. The requirement is for a versatile professional with hands on experience and knack of identifying and tapping talent that makes up a productive workplace. The incumbent will be reporting to Head HR Responsibility:-
Identify the skills and competencies required to support current and future business activities
Utilize recruitment media, job fairs, and e-recruiting tools as required to attract qualified candidates
Source and evaluate resumes and interview candidates to ensure that their skills and abilities meet the requirements for open positions
Build a strong team of TA executives, develop them and drive the talent acquisition process effectively
Build a strong talent pool, and tap into all potential hiring sources for various open roles across the business
Competition mapping: Identify competition companies and gather key insights about their team structures and profiles
Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
Responsible for smooth pre-boarding & onboarding of all the selected candidates

7+ years of Talent Acquisition required.
3+ years experience of building and managing a Team of TA resources
Prior experience in hiring on scale in a startup would be preferred
Degree in (HR) from a reputed institute
Planning & Organizing - prioritizes & plans work activities, well organized & methodical approach
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to influence others
Accountability
Results-driven, go-getter
Analytical skills - able to interpret present information which drives decision making
Proactive and meticulous with work
