TMCC Support Team Executive (No. 3)
- Diploma in hardware/networking or related field
- Basics of Hardware and network troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of installation and configuration of windows/linux based applications
- Coordinating with Toll Plazas and other stakeholders/IT Teams to troubleshoot network/device issues and ensure timely problem resolution.
- Communications skill set required (On phone/ Email).
- Able to work in monthly rotational shifts (including night shift)
