We are looking for experienced Project Manager with Salesfroce to work on critical application & product development. You'll be a part of a modern, lean, self-governing engineering teams.

Requirements

• Able to plan (In the Agile model, PI Planning, Backlog grooming, Sprint planning, Stand up, Sprint demo , review retrospectives, DoD etc.,)

• Able execute (Able to make sure the team is delivering the commitments by removing impediments and extending needed support to the team)

• Able to report the progress and metrics (Weekly reports, Agile metrics, burn down, Business value etc.,) • Able to escalate in timely manner (Risk and Issue handling)

• Salesforce configuration is must • Technology (last 2 years predominantly) - Apex (Classes and Triggers) (covering best practices, Async Apex, governor limits, design pattern, security aspects) • Salesforce Clouds (Sales Service, Health, Marketing, Experience) and Force.com implementations with Lightning Experience

• Integrations experience and related security aspects. Consuming 3rd party API's, exposing REST based API's from Salesforce, Salesforce OOTB standard API capabilities • Salesforce User management/Licence Management strategy

• Experience in working with AppExchange managed package development. (Good to have), If Yes, in First Generation or Second-Generation package development?

• Understand of technical architecture (Hands on not needed for PM, Understanding of various components and what is their purpose)

• Understanding of ENG/coding best practices (Along with tools they have used on their projects) • Understanding of CI/CD (Assess on sandbox strategy, CI CD approach and design)

• Understanding of Test Automation • Good People Management skills

• Good Client communication and Negotiation skills
