Role Purpose:
As a Technical Recruiter with MattsenKumar, you'll be responsible for talent acquisition for the organization as per agreed upon SLAs. The resource will have to hire for all Technical profiles with a blend of non-IT hiring as well.
Key Role Deliverables:
- Help the MK HR Team with IT & Non-IT hiring for both Domestic/International process
- Open to work for IT hiring as well as mid-level and support hiring
- Understand role requirements and implement varied sourcing strategies to generate applicant base
- Maintain database of applicants
- Plan and schedule candidates for the selection process
- Administer selection tests and conduct personal interviews as per pre-defined process
- Maintain daily and weekly hiring reports
- Report to Lead-Recruitment as per set metrics
Basic Job Requirements:
- Minimum education Graduate in any stream
- 1 to 3 years of BPO/KPO experience as a Technical Recruitment Exec/Sr. Exe
- Should be based out of Delhi/NCR and open to work from office.
- Open to work 6 days a week, 9AM-6PM or 10AM - 7PM office shift
- Excellent communication Skills, both written & oral
