Essentials (Internal/External Qualifications):

B.E/B.Tech/MCA/GNIIT in computers, EC, telecommunications or other related streams with minimum 2-4 years of working experience in web domain with following skills:

  • Strong coding/development knowledge of one or more of the server-side technologies [ASP, ASP.Net, C#, JSP, Servlets, ColdFusion, Python] and front-end technologies/frameworks like Bootstrap, HTML, DHTML, VBScript, JavaScript, CSS, Angular JS, NodeJS is must.
  • Good working knowledge of any of the database like MS Access, SQL server, Oracle, MySQL is a must with minimum Database Administration.
  • Should have proven expertise on handling, application/module development, implementation & support of Web applications and/or cloud-based web solution.
  • Superior listening, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to investigate and resolve customer issues.
  • Self-motivated; works independently with minimum direction in a distributed team environment.
  • Strong technical skills to understand complex web architecture and deliver an integrated IT solution against a business requirement.
  • Quick learner, strong team player with strong logic & analytical aptitude.
  • Person should be willing to take Initiative and challenges in work.



Job Role (Internal/External Job Description):

  • To provide 1st/2nd Level Web/Technical Production Support of Web Tools for our Keysight customer base. Design, Development, Testing and general technical Support / maintenance of web applications/portals.
  • Work with different businesses, vendors and internal customers to provide effective and timely support.
  • Should be flexible to work 24 x 5 as per job requirements.
  • To provide end to end support on customer queries over email/phone.
  • Work with deadlines and should meet 100% SLA.
  • Focus on timely delivery of roles and responsibilities.
  • Should act as a Technical and Business consultant for the projects assigned.
  • Co-ordinate and manage end to end delivery.


Academic Qualifications (Preferred): B.E/B.Tech/MCA/GNIIT in computers, EC, telecommunications or other related streams.


Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Web Development & Production Support
