JOB DETAIL

  • Respond to customer incidents.
  • Ticketing Management.
  • Initial incident analysis.
  • Apply (if any) immediate procedures in production platforms to protect the Service.
  • Provide on-the-field feedback and suggestions for improving the Products Monitoring and Support Documentation

Location PAN India


 

Support Experience: 3 years

Required Technical Skills:

  • System Linux Server: Good Level (Debian/RedHat/Ubuntu)

  • General linux commands
  • File logs analysis
  • System analysis (cpu, memory, disk usages)
  • Networking : basic level

  • WAN/LAN concepts
  • TCP/IP
  • SNMP, tcpdump
  • firewall / iptables

Required Human skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Autonomous
  • Proactive

Other Requirements:

  • Somebody who is willing to do the 5:30 AM to 2 PM IST shift on business days
  • Available for 24/7 On Call Support

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Network Monitoring applications
  • Basic Docker knowledges (docker engine, docker-compose, docker swarm)
  • Basic Routers configuration knowledges (cisco, oneaccess)
  • BASH scripting
  • Experiences with ELK (Elasticsearch-Logstash-Kibana
