- Respond to customer incidents.
- Initial incident analysis.
- Apply (if any) immediate procedures in production platforms to protect the Service.
- Provide on-the-field feedback and suggestions for improving the Products Monitoring and Support Documentation
Location PAN India
Support Experience: 3 years
Required Technical Skills:
- System analysis (cpu, memory, disk usages)
Required Human skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in english
Other Requirements:
- Somebody who is willing to do the 5:30 AM to 2 PM IST shift on business days
- Available for 24/7 On Call Support
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Network Monitoring applications
- Basic Docker knowledges (docker engine, docker-compose, docker swarm)
- Basic Routers configuration knowledges (cisco, oneaccess)
- Experiences with ELK (Elasticsearch-Logstash-Kibana
