• 5+ years experience in the Corporate IT industry.
• 3 years experience in software development using Java technologies with deep understanding of SDLC.
• 3+ years’ experience in corporate technical training.

Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech / MCA
• Technology certification (preferred)

Responsibility:

• Deliver training both on-site at customer facilities and online via remote sessions.
• Create and update learning content for instructor-led training, including presentations, workbooks, and quizzes.
• Collaborate with IBS project teams to tailor the fresher training program
• Facilitate the evaluation of training sessions and implement feedback from Project teams

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge on Java 11 and above
• UI Skills – HTML5, CSS3 , ES6 , React (Optional)
• Frameworks – Spring, Hibernate , Spring Boot
• Relational databases (Postgre SQL)
• Application servers (Tomcat)
