Roles and Responsibilities

. To engage and interact with decision maker at senior level for new and emerging business opportunities.

To listen to objections and handle them effectively.

Responsible for explaining. the clients - based on events.

and new contacts, explain the residential project, fix a meeting aligning them with company business goal To connect with clients and prospects for various objectives like Pre-sales support, data validation and audience generation for events.

Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings/demos.

Identifying and generating new Business or sales leads for the company (B2B).

Handle and answer all the queries of the parents and students daily.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have a good command over English language.

Should be very smart while talking to customers over phone.

Should have excellent communication skills in ENGLISH.

Customer Service, VOICE & NON VOICE, MNC, BPO, KPO

Job Location insert_location_here DEPARTMENT:. Inbound and Outbound.

Should be comfortable with using computers and doing primary internet research.
