Web Analytics Assistant Manager - Data Implementation and Web Analytics is responsible for maintaining an in-depth understanding of the end to end websites. This role will drive the data harvesting, data masking and set up and help in the ongoing validation of the websites as new digital features come to market. The role helps communicate to key stakeholder distribution lists when the website is unavailable due to maintenance. This individual will also help on reporting and dashboarding with Google Analytics, Reporting, Metrics and other data analysis work.
Job Requirement -
- Serve as a subject matter expert to support and maintain product and process changes for the websites.
- Support the entire lifecycle of the website process and ongoing system improvements through the execution of user acceptance testing, data harvesting, data set up, data masking and the operational processes which may include refreshing data, sample PDFs or other sample documents within the website.
- Compile and analyze website metrics for leadership
- Maintain a clear understanding of the end to end websites.
- Demonstrated ability to process and perform data setup work with a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Develop and enhance business knowledge and skills that align with the changing business needs.
- Communicate effectively with detailed information.
- Pursue learning and self-development through attending relevant training courses, job shadowing, and establishing personal networks.
Strong appreciation for how data works end to end in digital experiences and interactive simulations
- Able to analyze key trends in visits, views, sessions, pages, duration and more for the websites.
