JOB DETAIL

  • Work closely with the leadership teams of each iMerit function to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows and to develop an understanding of the needs of each function.

Facilitate collaborative workshops with SME s to examine current processes and create new process designs:

  • Document current processes and workflows,
  • Make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge,
  • Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights,
  • Identify risks and issues in implementation of new and modified processes,
  • Develop clear and detailed future state requirements and process maps,
  • Create and present reports to executive team members to support recommendations,
  • Define metrics to use to gage increases in efficiency, productivity, and business value.
  • Document operational procedures and improve training to support achievement of targets.
  • Remain abreast of leading industry trends to give functions the best solutions for their needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree or higher in information technology, business analysis, or related field

Three to five years Business Process Analyst experience on large, complex projects

  • Strong skills in process mapping and business process reengineering
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
  • In-depth knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools
  • Excellent written and verbal English-language communication skills
  • Ability to tailor communications to the needs of different stakeholder groups
  • Great critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Superior presentation, active listening, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with leadership teams
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-cultural team environment.
