BM JD:

a. BM shall be responsible for running the branch as a profit center and developing business in and around the city.

KRAs:

• Devising marketing strategies to promote the branch and achieve the targets.
• Concentrate on acquisition of new clients.
• Promoting all products & services of PL like Broking, Internet trading, PMS, derivative products, IPO, Mutual Funds etc.
• Introducing Remisiers / Sub branches in or around the city.

b. BM shall be responsible for developing guiding and motivating the team at the branch. He would also be responsible for defining their roles and monitoring the work of all staff members.

c. BM shall be responsible to draft business plans and devise strategies for its execution.

d. BM shall be responsible for all compliance matters.

RM JD:

#Client acquisition, business development

#Equity advice to clients on PL recommendations, up sell and cross sell products to clients (Insurance, AIF, PMS, etc.)

#Maintain strong customer relationships

#Tapping new business avenues and ongoing client servicing.

Dealer JD:

Dealers shall be responsible for punching the trades of the clients.

They should maintain efficiency in speed and accuracy while executing trades.

Dealers shall push calls generated by HO to all clients, focusing on HNI & other active clients.

Dealers shall be responsible to give trade confirmations to all clients.

They shall market our new products to existing clients and also generate new clients after the market hours / Saturdays.

They should follow Maker / Checker system for Client Trade Confirmations.
