Position: Business Development Manager

Large Consumer Durable Goods company into manufacturing of non stick cookware and kitchen appliances is looking to hire a Business Development Manager.The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities • Identify partnership opportunities • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand • Maintain existing business • Think critically when planning to assure project success • Develop business through all the OE channels, e-commerce, Large format stores, etc. • Develop new markets with a focus on the Middle East, Africa, Europe, United States and any other big potential markets. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree with technical background
• 15+ years' prior industry related business development experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies • Focused and goal-oriented Roles & Responsibilities: Develop business through all the OE channels, e-commerce, Large format stores, etc. Develop new markets with a focus on the Middle East, Europe, United States and any other big potential markets. Familiarity with costing a plus. Good communication skills. Self starter.
Minimum 15 years experience
Position is based in Hubli.
