(Brief about the existence of the position)1.To plan & execute the preventive maintenance schedule of the plant and machinery
2. To analyze the repeated break downs to reduce the down time.
3. To procure the spares and follow up the services.
4. To maintain the PM stores (to meet the requirements).
5. To put efforts for continual improvement in the process.
 

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
(Primary duties)
1. To supply uninterrupted power and air to the plant and keep up DG sets and compressors.
2. To optimize power, LPG, fuel and spares expenses by close monitoring.
3. To maintain the budget within the target levels through efficient maintenance practices.
4. To give on job training to subordinates for easy maintenance practices.
5. To motivate & create awareness to subordinates on 5S & safety.
6. To analyze the repeated break downs to reduce the down time.
7. To maintain the R.O. & D.M water plant and STP plant.
8. To update the quality management system (ISO 9001-2015; ISO 14001-2015 & 45001-2018)

1. To maintain the 500kw solar power plant.
2. New Projects including shifting of equipment or any process changes.
3. To maintain the water and energy efficiency methods and handling of waste for IGBC certification
4. 11KV Supervisor competent certificate

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES

1. Good communication skills

• 2-4 years’ experience in maintenance department with having CNC / PLC controlled machines experience.
• Steel industry / furniture industry etc.

LOCATION OF WORK: Factory ( Hyderabad)SALARY RANGE:Rs.2.70Lakhs P.A.
