About the Role

As a Test Lead/Consultant, you will consult to our top tier client base, covering all areas of the testing lifecycle in multiple industries. Using your expertise in all levels of test methodologies and processes, you will work in a team responsible for the analysis and planning of large scale projects and providing estimates for test resources.

Job description:

• Design and executive test plans and test Strategies.
• Knowledge of risk-driven techniques to develop, maintain, and execute testing.
• Work with the Onshore/Development team to capture the required details and work with the team.
• Ensuring the defined test process are implemented.
• Ensuring the project delivery
• Organizational skills.
• Sense of responsibility.
• Self- sufficiency, resourcefulness.
• Aptitude for teamwork.

• Has the ability to take ownership of the task and deliver without supervision within defined SLA
• Voices opinions and presents clear rationale uses data or factual evidence to influence
• Recognize collaborative behaviour and encourage team members toward the company goals
• Proven ability to understand and coach the team with Personal Goals/Objectives to contribute to organizational vision and improvise their technical expertise
• Expertise in understanding capabilities in each individual and utilize and nurture individual
• Been a good a planner for scheduling and resource allocation way ahead and save the cost to the company
• Capable of working with multicultural teams located locally and remotely
• Provide quick turnaround solutions and timely help for dev and Project Management team
• Identify opportunities for innovation and offer new ideas/Product ideas
