Job Description

• Responsible for resource requirement of the region
• Planning, sourcing, coordinating for the requirements
• Sourcing talents through diverse channels
• Maintaining daily recruitment tracker and updating to stakeholders
• Salary negotiation, offer processing (end to end recruitment)
• Support in onboarding and other HR initiatives as per requirement
• Interview, conduct thorough pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, conduct skills assessment to evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.

Education & Experience:

• Graduate with 2+ years of experience in end to end recruitment
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Corporate experience preferred
• Local language knowledge mandatory
• Building New Network, initiating new contacts is Plus
