Hiring Technical Recruiters with 1-8 Years of experience in Domestic market (Contract & Permanent)

Location: Hyderabad
1 to 8 Years of technical recruiting experience.

Able to handle the end-to-end recruitment process.

Experience in working on Contract Requirements.
Ability to build successful candidate profiles, clarify required job skills and competencies.
Ability to find and attract the right candidates for each job, using various sourcing techniques including creative sourcing channels, outside of LinkedIn.

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.
Strong process orientation, organization, and follow-up skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
