Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT sector, of which at least 3 years in a lead role (Tech Lead or Functional Lead or Project Manager)
Salesforce experience would add weightage but not absolutely necessary. Experience working in other enterprise application software's and CRMs is also okay.
Very good English Communication Skills both written and verbal.
Very good Client Management Skills, including escalation management and project reportage to client stakeholders and management.
Should have worked extensively in a client facing role.
