Responsibilities:

• Verify the production dimensional reports, Verify the inward raw material and in house cast samples results, .

• Check the Non conformance material at different stages.

• Attend the Customer complaints and made the Corrective Preventive action.

• Check the planning Sheet and accordingly special instructions to be communicated.

• Check the Profile dimensions as per approved Drawings for each extruded Section take decision whether to continue the die (or) to be unloaded.

• Vendor evaluation / Supplier quality, performance study.

• Authorize to release the Non conformance material and Authorized to sign on Test Certificates.

• Check the after stretching dimensions and note down in dimensional report.

• Check the cut length at final cutting and note down in cut length planning sheet.

• To monitor the inspection process at Quality table.

• To monitor Material stacking in Racks.

• To check the Ageing Oven temperature while Ageing is under Process.

• Shift report entry in ERP systems

Requisite Skills:

• Knowledge of ISO

• Excellent communication skills, Leadership and management skills.

• Planning and project management skills

• Relevant skills in quality/calibration technology developments.

Desired Skills:

• Broad knowledge in Aluminum Extruded profiles
