What you would be doing
- Lead / enquiry generation, Negotiation, order closure.
- Participate in direct calls and leads in presentations to customers, consultants and specifiers. Maintains personal contact with major customers to ensure appropriate level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Adherence to sales processes and guidelines, acquiring vital approvals documentation.
- Driving business through End users, EPCs Consultants.
- Responsible for end to end Solutions in Pharma and Chemical Verticals
- Increase the share of wallet in Focus accounts
- Periodical updating of CRM tool.
- Should process good Process Knowledge in Pharma Vertical
- Should be able to generate enquiry by suggesting our solutions to customers understand their pain areas and suggest suitable solutions.
- Candidate should have good networking skills; capability to develop positive relationship with key decision makers, opinion makers in the industry
- Candidate should be effective communicator with analytical and technical skills, self starter with good team working skills and ownership.
How do you qualify for the role
Bachelors in Engineering in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation with 7 to 12 years of experience in sales of DCS, PLC, HMI / SCADA, Low voltage AC/DC VFD, medium voltage VFD, Servo VFDs. This is for solution sales hence preference will be for the candidate with Solution selling background.
His performance will be assessed based on his target set for SR2 . Should be open for travelling as there will be lot of travelling within Vizag.
Should be proactive in bringing new customers and be an effective key Account Manager for his respective accounts under him.
