Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidates will be required to carry out all Sysadmin related activities like Installation, Monitor, Configuration, Hardening, Patching, performance tuning and maintenance of Unix based operating systems / Application Servers / Web Servers.
OS installation on Linux/Windows systems.
- Backup, restore and disaster recovery Requirements:Linux/Windows server troubleshooting,Log analysis and root cause analysis for down situation.
- Responsible for Designing and implementing Public Cloud Infrastructure for projects
- Responsible for building and automating CI/CD chains with devops tool like jenkins, Git , etc
- Basic knowledge on system administration, software installation, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should have at least 1 year experience in the following:
- Linux system/server administration ( Centos, ubuntu etc)
- web server management (Apache, Nginx ), database server (Mysql, PostgreSQL etc) management.
- shell scripting.
- Networking protocols
- Public Cloud ( AWS : EC2, RDS,S3, Cloud front, Lambda, Route53 etc)
- DevOps tools (Jenkins, git, Gerrit, GitLab)
- Container platform (docker, kubernetes )
- Certification in Red Hat/AWS will be a big plus
