Experience: Fresher to 7 years Max into International Voice Process.

Work Location: Cyber Gateway, Hitech City

 

Transportation :

1 Way Cab Facility for Morning shifts.

2 way Cab Facility for Night shits.

 

Shifts: Rotational Shifts and week offs

Two Week Offs

Should be flexible to work for Night Shifts

 

Mode of Interview: Virtual

Rounds of Interview : HR, Voice Versant, Ops 1 & Ops 2.

 

Work from Office

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Should possess good communication skills.
2. Should be a team player.
3. Should be able to work under pressure.
4. Should assist customers regarding their queries through Calls.

5. Should be willing to work in Night shifts.

6. Should be an Immediate Joiner.
