Roles and Responsibilities
- Researching and collecting information on innovative consumer products available in the market.
- Extracting and recording all requisite information on these products (e.g. nutritional information) in a timely manner.
- Analyzing products trends and translating it into business insight.
- Liaising with field network of shoppers globally on calls and through various online channels and examining trade press.
- Summarizing the information available and in producing a database.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum 1 Year experience in Voice process
- Exposure to primary research techniques will be desirable.
- Experience in market research and creating industry databases preferably in Consumer
sectors will be a plus.
- Experience of MS Office, including basic Excel.
