Have excellent communication skills . Be responsible for managing the academics and administration of the school Have minimum of 3 years teaching and managerial experience in IGCSE schools. Leadership and efficient management ability. Be responsible for the supervision and general discipline of the school. Monitor Sports and Perform activities on a regular basis and plan and execute actions for improvement. Organizing annual functions, external competitions and external examinations. Parent counselling/ walk- through and follow- up with parents to clarify/ counsel them to choose Sproutz Work in coordination with the Director to hire, train, mentor, evaluate and supervise teachers. Scheduling and documenting regular staff meetings. Design classroom materials and curriculum. Analyse student performance.
