As a Finance and Accounting Manager , you are responsible for all areas related to financial reporting and effective finance management. This includes

• Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of Accounts conforming to appropriate regulations
• Owning responsibility of closing accounts
• Preparing and reviewing trial balance and various itemized schedules regularly
• Working in synchronization with auditors in preparing and examining financial records
• Reviewing AP and AR controls to ensure accurate accounting and realization
• Establishing and maintaining financial processes, system controls and adherence to policies and SOPs in all areas having a financial impact
• Financial reporting as appropriate to the management
• Finalizing all statutory reports and ensure appropriate filing
• Sharing relevant and necessary financial information with investors and financial institutions
• Streamlining and automating financial processes to bring in efficiencies

• Ideally we are looking for YOU , if you are a Chartered Accountant

Qualified finance professional with 4 to 5 years of prior work experience in the Accounts and Finance Department

Strong analytical capability

Process-oriented, thorough and methodical

Good communication skills

Ability to engage with diverse audiences such as banks and investors effectively
