Roles and Responsibilities

1. Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of our Products.

2. Excellent in English/Regional Language with a good accent

3. Must be confident and smart enough to handle ad-hoc queries from our clients.

4. Must have experience in sales.

5. Prior experience in closing deals over the phone.

6. Achieving monthly sales targets.

7. Prior experience in handling the Customers.

8. Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients

9. Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company.
 

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience: 0-3 years of professional experience in either sales or telecalling
• Experience in BPO Sales will also be considere.
• Ability to approach any situation with patience, empathy, and an innate follow-up

mechanism

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
