Responsibilities:
- Design and implements Android application
- Translate design and wireframe into high quality code
- Design, build and maintain high performance reusable and reliable java code
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
- Work on implementation of features request by customers and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Perform application development, unit testing, support to QA and production support.
- Drive and host knowledge transfer sessions for application development and other software engineering guidance for junior developers
- Diagnose issues specific to environments and suggest or come up with a solution
10. Work with Product Managers, Project Managers, Services and Support departments to
understand and implement business requirements
- Review, challenge and generate technical designs specification and build Mobile Application.
- Monitor our service stability and performance
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering Technology and a related technical field followed by 4 years of android SW development experience.
Experience must include:
- Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience on android application development.
- three (3) years of IT Program development experience using Kotlin and/or Java. Kotlin preferred.
- three (3) years of experience working in Agile virtual teams
- three (3) years of experience with system integrations development to be able to recommend technical solutions from software architectural perspective
- One (1) years of experience in writing SqlLite
- One (1) year experience in SDKs.
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and/or Android operating systems.
- Working knowledge of general computer landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively using common PC software such as Microsoft Office, Teams, etc
- Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Workday, IT Architecture, IT Resource leveling for large IT projects and/or Business process modeling. Knowledge may be demonstrated through education, training and/or experience.
