JOB DETAIL

1. Main Purpose

In a few sentences, describe the main objective, purpose and scope of the role.
This role is responsible for supporting the Cluster Commercial Team with all sales administration activities, including (but not limited to) customer masterdata maintenance, trade contract management, pricing updates and 3rd Party Customer credits and invoice processing.

1. Accountabilities

Functional Responsibilities

  • Process Customer Master Data and Pricing requests in SAP, ensuring conformance to established data quality standards and service level agreements
  • Execute monthly run change requests from the Field Sales team
  • Maintain customer contracts central repository, ensuring consistency between master documents and SAP masterdata and performing updates as required
  • Process new account requests within 48 hrs, ensuring credit applications are complete and accurate and ABNs are fully verified
  • Run SAP pricing and other customer masterdata reports, leveraging the information to identify quality issues and support quarterly data clean-up activities
  • Provide annual training to Cluster Commercial team on Customer Master
  • Data requirements including hierarchies, pricing and rebates/discounts
  • Support GBS controls framework, ensuring test scripts are up-to-date and executed as required
  • Highlight process gaps and inefficiencies and proactively seek solution to increase service level efficiency

People Responsibilities

  • Develop winning relationships with Cluster Sales Leadership team and other key stake holders within the Cluster business, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided
  • Support the Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings
