Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for maintenance/Engineering activities

2. Responsible for mechanical works related to in projects.

3. Day to day monitoring of maintenance activities and handling of utility operations & maintenance (Water system, AHU, Chillers, Air compressors, VRF system.)

4. Planning & execution of preventive maintenance of all plant equipments as per schedule.

Managing the breakdowns of plant equipments

5. To ensure cGMP requirements are complied.

6. Responsible for engineering documentation.

7. To ensure standard operating procedures are followed and complied on regular basis.

8. Responsible for any other activity assigned by Head Engineering.

9. Responsible to get AMC schedule is compiled and get the work done by vendor on time.

10. Responsible to maintain the history data for equipments maintenance and its healthiness.

11. Responsible for on time procurement of spare parts.

12. Audits preparation and its complies.

13. Preparation and review of operating procedures and preventive maintenance procedures.
