Roles and Responsibilities

  • To implement HR & Admin policies in line with company standards.
  • To fulfill the manpower requirements of the factory by recruitment and selection of manpower at various levels of management across diversified functions.
  • To play pro-active role in ensuring harmonious industrial relations. Must be aware of all labor laws, and also oversee the strict adherence to the same.
  • To carry out the workers engagement and retention activities, so as to promote harmonious relations among workers and thereby enhancing productivity levels.
  • To oversee the transactional activities related to talent management and also contribute and recommend transformational process improvement.
  • To supervise the time office and attendance activities.
  • Effective liasoning with government / semi - govt. authorities/ local bodies to ensure good public relations.
  • To handle social & buyers compliance of Hyderabad unit.
  • Ability to lead a team of HR people for handling employee grievances, training and development so as to control attrition, thereby enhancing productivity.
  • Handling and completing the personnel records, including personal files.
