- Support the HR Manager, Program Heads and other hiring managers in onboarding talent
- Undertake timely reviews and implement best practices for employer branding and talent attraction.
- Upon selection, complete the pre-joining, on-boarding and induction formalities in a structured and
timely manner.
B) Interns and Volunteers Management
- Being the SPOC, manage all the interns and volunteers applications and action them
- Work with Program Heads and hiring managers to understand their internship needs (short long
term) and fulfil them accordingly.
- Being the SPOC, work with the college placement cells and other institutes to hire and engage
interns/volunteers/full-time employees
- Complete the feedback and certification process for all interns and volunteers.
- Build strong partnerships with academic institutions, colleges and voluntary organisations
C) Organizational Culture
- Work with the Diversity Inclusion team to review/ introduce/ establish policies and practices that
aim to make Jana the most inclusive work place
- Work with the Employee Engagement team to maintain and further ensure vibrant and positive work
culture and implement activities that aims to maintain highest level of employee motivation and
morale.
- Work with the senior management to conduct timely employee satisfaction surveys and action as
required.
