- Capability to find resources to source the talent needs as per company requirements
- Ability to fill the positions in a timely manner as per growing demands of the company
- Capable to design and execute an impressive Induction program that will educate the new joiners of the company culture, policies, goals and philosophy
- Joining & Exit formalities
- Working with management team to deliver an excellent staff experience
- Payroll and Leave Management
- Statutory payments and maintenance of records
- Employee grievances & personal file management
- Manage employee relations/issues in a confident and confidential manner, including Disciplinary actions and grievance management and implementation of necessary policies and procedures.
- Ability to respond and resolve different work situations
- All administrative activities of the company on a daily basis, Vendor management, Arrangement of events, Smooth and efficient operation and facility management, Handling situation-based admin works
- Ability to collect quotations from various vendors as per the needs of the company, negotiate vigorously in obtaining best prices
- Ability to establish performance monitoring system with KPIs, KRAs working with individual department managers and ensure all teams/departments are adhering to the system
- Ability to guide, mentor and delegate work to HR and admin staff to accomplish the goals of HR department
