ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Capability to find resources to source the talent needs as per company requirements
  • Ability to fill the positions in a timely manner as per growing demands of the company
  • Capable to design and execute an impressive Induction program that will educate the new joiners of the company culture, policies, goals and philosophy
  • Joining & Exit formalities
  • Working with management team to deliver an excellent staff experience
  • Payroll and Leave Management
  • Statutory payments and maintenance of records
  • Employee grievances & personal file management
  • Manage employee relations/issues in a confident and confidential manner, including Disciplinary actions and grievance management and implementation of necessary policies and procedures.
  • Ability to respond and resolve different work situations
  • All administrative activities of the company on a daily basis, Vendor management, Arrangement of events, Smooth and efficient operation and facility management, Handling situation-based admin works
  • Ability to collect quotations from various vendors as per the needs of the company, negotiate vigorously in obtaining best prices
  • Ability to establish performance monitoring system with KPIs, KRAs working with individual department managers and ensure all teams/departments are adhering to the system
  • Ability to guide, mentor and delegate work to HR and admin staff to accomplish the goals of HR department
