JOB DETAIL

Accountabilities

  • Will do stakeholder management with local managers of Enterprise Solutions and
    • deliver on HR calendar programs like mid-year, yearend, people planning and compensation review
    • Communication of dates and timelines, follow up on closure
  • Will support the Lead HRBP of the function in managing all HR processes
    • Maintains and tracks IJPs and promotions (N-1 hire tracker too)
    • Takes exits interviews and does exit analysis and reporting
    • HC data analysis and reporting (growth, diversity, level, generation, tenure etc)
    • EC data correction inputs and hygiene - manager/function change requests etc.
    • Being able to resolve employee questions and quires on HR policy matters
    • Tracking progress and compliance on key training programs. Does follow ups if needed.
    • Organizes and participates in employee pulse checks and employee connects
    • Collects and collates employee feedback and shares summarized inputs - is able to identify and report central themes.
    • Support the Lead HRBP in facilitating manager/employee education sessions on various HR topics

Qualifications/Requirements

 

  • 5-6 years of demonstrated results in HR business partnering and/or COE roles
  • Should be agile and have curiosity to learn
  • Collaborative approach
  • Ability to work with stakeholders (manager Level)
