Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for successful execution and informing team and managers of obstacles, issues, and risks.
- Preferred to have a thorough knowledge on Functional Testing, Unit Testing, Manual Testing, Automated Testing, Load Testing, Deployment Testing, and Security Testing.
- Write, review, and execute test cases across the Salesforce domain preferrable Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and FSL.
- Must be Salesforce Admin certified. Good to have a Salesforce developer certification (App Builder, PD1)
- Testers have experience with Selenium, QTP/UFT etc., and play a vital role in Salesforce Automated Testing. Also, good to have knowledge on Provar
- Ensure User Story Acceptance Criteria are tested to meet the highest software quality within schedule.
- Assist with test environment and test data setup.
- Learn and create automated functional and regression tests using appropriate tools.
- Create end-to-end, cross-cloud-impacting, integration automation (API and UI) with complex orgs.
- Monitor product and feature-level quality health metrics (testability, test health, test coverage, etc.).
- Automate functional, regression, smoke, and performance testing using internal and open-source tools.
- Prefer Back End Testing by executing SOQL queries.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Design and develop test automation scripts using Provar
- 2+ Years Automation Testing - Provar, Java basics.
- Nice to have - Selenium - Salesforce.
- 2+ years of relevant QA in SalesForce experience
- Understanding of Salesforce, and SFDC Architecture concepts is required.
- Experience testing the Salesforce platform is required.
