POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You should be able to take on anything and everything thats thrown at you, come up with solutions. Must be enthusiastic about learning new things every day.
- You should be able to develop rapid POC for anything that comes your way.
- Guide and mentor junior members towards the solution.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in a full-time development role.
- Previous experience as a lead mentoring junior developers
- Strong experience with Python, Java, R
- Proven record of researching new technologies and implementing them
- Software craftsman who values quality over quantity.
- Experience with Agile or Lean development
PREFERRED SKILLS:
NLP, AI ML
Experience building Microservices
Strong interpersonal skills
EDUCATION:
Minimum Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
PhD is preferred
