Roles & Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience in the hiring process by identifying candidates, explaining in detail about the companys business and marketing the opportunity, submitting resumes, rate negotiations and closing the deal.
- Working with direct clients with major focus on Staffing Argumentation (C2C / C2H / Permanent Placement) and Projects (Onsite / Offshore Software Development).
- Interact with stakeholders, gathering requirements, rating them, and assigning priorities to team members.
- Assisted in development of training materials for new technology and process improvements.
- Ability in placing right candidates at right time at the right place.
- Achieved more than 50% of the profits than targeted for every quarter.
- Good experience in managing recruitment process (US, India etc).
- Should have Excellent track record throughout the career in efficient and quality IT Recruitment, business development and HR profession with successfully achieving & exceeding targets and handling a large number of clients, including Fortune 1000 & 500 companies.
- Instruct team to do Sourcing candidates using advanced internet and diverse recruitment techniques like various internet job boards such as Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Hot Jobs and Corp-Corp, Google and Yahoo groups.
- Team player having good and proven leadership qualities with ability to lead, motivate and achieve objects.
- Excellent in getting the requirements in different employment status like W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, US Citizens, GC, H1B, TN-1, EAD and per diem.
- Well versed with tax terms: W2, Corp-to-Corp & 1099, per diem.
- Extensive experience working on Corp to Corp (Contract) positions.
- Expertise in sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates as per the clients requirement.
- Rate negotiation and understanding of fluctuating market rates with consultants and vendors.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Excellent oral & verbal written communication skills.
- Good rapport with vendors and consultants.
- Counselling consultants on how to prepare for interview and on their communication and presentation skills to be able to successfully get the project duly review the resume bullet points.
- Managed, trained, and lead several teams to achieve organization goals.
- Excellent experience in getting consultants on H1 transfer, OPT consultants on our BOARD.
- Developed and implemented plans for strategic accounts that exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Leading a team of Recruiters, providing recruitment support for various clients in the United States including IT Service providers Healthcare, Financial and Manufacturing.
- Maintained excellent relationships with consultants to foster retention.
- Involved in salary negotiations and re-location of consultants based on client project needs.
- Ability to work well in fast paced diverse, matrix organizations.
- Budgeting, Forecasting, & Planning.
- Executive Presentation & Negotiations / Cross-Functional Leadership.
- Generating the leads and providing to the inside sales team.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree or Masters degree in the field of Business Administration or a related field.
- 3+ years of Business Development, (IT Sales) experience required.
- Must have strong knowledge and experience Bench Sales / Recruitment / Business development & accounting systems.
- Must be proficient with MS office suite, which includes MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Visio etc.
