We are looking SMART Business Analyst who has real time experience on e-Commerce domain to join our award winning team. Should be well versed and complete understanding on SDLC. You will independently drive design decisions to insure the necessary health of the overall solution

 

1. Communicates ongoing and planned development clearly and visually on high level to stakeholders (Jira roadmap?)

2. Owns and knows the product backlog well. Is able to prioritize the tickets based on customer feedback and Stockmann strategy.

3. Maximizes product value. Is responsible that design and development capacity is fully utilized by the most valuable development tasks. Knows what is needed to deliver MVP versions and what is not required. Ensures each story has the correct acceptance criteria.

4. Co-creation and design needs come from development needs. PO makes sure that we have all design sprint meetings with the right content so that the actual development can start. PO is also responsible for designing sprint content.

5. Is responsible of inviting all stakeholders to meetings, is in charge of development-related meetings (backlog groomings, refinements, needed ad-hoc meetings).

6. Is not afraid to challenge stakeholders and brings her own views and ideas up.

7. Is available to the development team at all times to answer any questions team members have regarding the customers needs and the customers views of how the team is implementing a product feature.

8. Makes sure that required meetings are in the right peoples' calendars. If the time is not ok, a new time slot has to be re-arranged.

9. Has technical product knowledge or specific domain expertise to make sure that she is able to own the backlog.

10. Makes sure that the development activities and goals are clear for all developers by creating clear sprint goals and user stories and by slicing features into small tasks. PO makes sure that the tickets are ready when a new sprint starts. PO has to make sure that the tickets are high-quality from the technical point of view as well. By carrying out these activities PO is confident of the deliverables.

11. Works with other teams and is initiative towards other POs and development teams.

12. Is mapping all dependencies in development with other dev-teams and develops together with other teams. Plans the release timelines with other teams if there are dependencies. 13. If something comes up from testing or development -> creates follow up stories if needed and prioritizes those accordingly.

14. Makes sure that whatever is developed will develop to have first class customer and ux experience. (edited)
