Primary Responsibilities:
- Create direct channels of communication to software and application developers that get the job done without managerial interjection
- Strong insurance domain knowledge (Preferred insurance claim)
- 0 - 2 years' experience of System development and business analysis.
- Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Performing validation of business cases prior to user acceptance testing
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
