Roles & Responsibilities:
- A Business Analyst is expected to grasp the underlying data requirements of the team and develop reports/analyses to enable faster decision making.
- The role will involve owning the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
- Working with the stakeholders to make data driven decisions.
- Pulling data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor the performance.
- Working closely with internal Teams to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business processes.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Good problem solving and analytical skills with a strong sense of structure and logic.
- Hands on experience in using visualization tools, SQL, Excel in a business environment with large -scale, complex data sets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills (Good to have)
- Bachelors in engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute or an MBA from a reputed institute.
- 2+ Years of experience in relevant roles. Experience preferred. Work experience in tableau, R or Python, SQL, MS Excel (advanced).Good with General data structures concepts.
