- Experience with Business requirements gathering techniques and analysis
- Post-secondary certification in Business Analysis is strongly preferred, but the combination of experience and education is also considered.
- Candidate must be good at Oral and verbal communication
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experienced in making Application prototypes & wireframes presentation
- Working knowledge of Visio, ARIS, or other modeling tools is desirable
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Share Point desirable
- Awareness of both BRD, FRD & SRS
- Able to analyze the contents of BRD
- Able to prepare end-user Manuals
- Contacts with stakeholders/Business users
- Experience in SDLC
- Waterfall Model
- V-Model, etc...
