Lead CIO/IT director/ QA director level business meetings in blue chip organizations

Sell Services involving service delivery in locations UK, Europe geos

Develop and manage full sales lifecycle from proposal presentation to closing clients and further farming the account

Act as the primary interface between the company and the customer on all matters including account performance, delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements

Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events

Able to handle daily activities which include client handling, escalations, deliveries and team management

Continuous improvement of customer relationship management
