Job Title: Business Development Executive.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new
business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They
should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a
particular strategy.
Responsibilities
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Qualifications
Should be from Financial Domain.
Bachelors in Commerce degree or equivalent experience. Masters will be preferred.
1 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
