JOB DETAIL

We are looking for a New Lead Generation Sales Executive who will be responsible for Business Development Software sales / IT sales evaluating and identifying trends in technology by analyzing industry data and reaching out to Industries, Groups and Corporates. Lead Generation Sales executive will be researching these potential leads and updating our records, to find out how we can meet the changing needs of the markets. Lead Generation Sales executive will take ownership of generating new leads for the business and aim to maximize the potential from each call with an excellent telephone manner and upbeat outlook. Lead Generation Sales Executive responsible to increase sales and revenue by running competitive analysis, conducting forecasting, and making recommendations.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • 2-5 yrs proven experience as a sales executive- in marketing & Sales of IT Services.
  • Must have experience in business development from a service-based software development company in outsourcing business.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our business, and services to identify leads which can be converted to new sales through engagement.
  • Identify trends and client's needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
  • Experience in selling software services to customers in markets.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • The candidate must have IT Background and should be familiar with technologies.
  • Track all leads, categorize them for follow-up, and prepare new clients for conversion through pitching our sales playbook.
  • Generating business through Cold Calling, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Field Sales etc.
  • Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare a detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, and negotiations, closing the sales, and handing over the client to the delivery team.
  • Follow up with clients if the proposal gets accepted convert the lead into a successful project.
  • Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
  • Draw up client contracts, preparing proposals.
  • Should have experience in closing new deals on individual capacity.
  • Should have involved in END to END sales cycle. (Lead Generation to Closure)
  • Previous B2B or B2C sales experience to act as an ambassador for the business and promote the company and its products.
  • Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner to convert the calls to new business leads and to deal with telephone queries.
  • Good verbal and written skills to inform potential clients on the company's products and services.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to achieve agreed personal and departmental targets.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail to gather relevant Industries and Corporate information.
