  • Managing Existing Clients Acquiring New Clients
  • Getting Requisitions from HRs Recruitment SPOCs.
  • Planning, organizing, executing controlling the sourcing servicing to clients.
  • Reports Daily, Weekly, Monthly
  • Gathering market information, Creating, and maintaining reports on Market
  • Companies Mapping Industry Mapping.
  • Cold call into companies and identify who the key manager to sell our service
  • Individual Contributor Hunter profile.
  • Maintain a database of quality hiring managers, and have the ability to follow up on a regular basis
  • The ability to think outside the box in order to get new clients or close deals
  • Gather leads that will help build database of clients either through social media or networking
