As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for achieving business growth.
You will define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships,
identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals. (B2B/ Corporate Sales)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead generation with Cold calling and references.
- Prospecting new customers in an assigned territory.
- Building a sales pipeline and keeping track of positive leads.
- Coordination with internal departments like Technical, Client Support, marketing etc. to
ensure smooth customer service.
- Demo the product to clients as required.
- Work with customers to help them succeed with the product.
- Leading negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making process, and overcoming
objections to capture new business opportunities
- Managing end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting,
billing/ invoicing, and payment collection.
- Maintaining relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance
- Managing and building the sales pipeline and meeting targets Monthly / Quarterly and
Annually.
- Attending business summits, events as required.

- Exceptional Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Education MBA
- Pleasing Personality
- Ability and willingness to learn new features and new tools.
- Willing to travel to meet with clients within the city.
- They must be able to work independently and with little supervision.
Package:
- 4.5 LPA (3 LPA (Fixed) + 1.5 LPA (Decent Incentive structure based on target
achievement)).
- 5 Lakh medical insurance + 5 Lakh covid medical insurance (employee+family)
which is not included in the CTC.
