Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifying the Leads for Full Execution projects.
- Converting prospects into customers. Call leads to fix site visit or set up meeting with the customers.
- Achieving sales target. Attend to walk-in clients. Negotiating with clients for deal closures.
- Maintain daily sales report.
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.
- Increase business opportunities through various routes. Perform field work for achieving sales.
- Regular follow ups with the customers.
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service.
Skill set
Candidate Spec:
- Graduate with minimum 2 years experience in real estate Residential/commercial project sales.
- Knowledge of competition, pricing, and market trends.
- Good market knowledge. Motivated and should be a quick learner.
- Good Communication Skill (oral written).
- Must be presentable professional.
- Should know Telugu, Hindi English
- Should be tech savy proficient in MS office.
- Must be willing to travel and sources sales leads
