Hiring for Business Development Manager -BDM

Time: 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM IST

Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities
- To actively and professionally manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to placement
- Good Experience in rate negotiation
- Able to work with top notch vendors for requirements and identify niche vendors.
- Effectively meet sales targets.
- Good Knowledge of US tax terms 1099, W2, C2C is required.
- Able to place and market effectively all work Visas H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, L2 EAD, H4 EAD, GC and USC.
- To actively seek out new business opportunities.
- To provide timely response and exceptional levels of service to all customer inquiries.
- To respond to RFIs, RFPs, and other requests for information in a timely and organized manner.
Skills Required
- Strong network in place to call upon to open doors within or facilitate introductions in the Staffing Sector.
- Experience working with larger corporate customers is desirable
- Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal, and forecasting skills
- Strong Customer Service, relationship development, and customer satisfaction skills
- Should have relevant experience of working in US Staffing industry
