Roles and Responsibilities

- Sourcing and Calling on Qualified Leads and fixing appointments

- Meet prospects and understand their requirements coordinating with designers

- Getting Proposal done and send it to prospects

- Strong motivation towards sales

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

- Strong negotiation skills

Desired candidate :

- Minimum 3 years Marketing /Sales experience required

- Candidates from Interior industry/Real-Estate companies are preferred

- Must have good communication skills

- B.Com/MBA Preferred

- Effectively understand the needs of different clients and propose customized solutions that best address those needs

- Meet the targeted number of new additions to the database every month/quarter.

- Meet targeted sales from channel partners every month/quarter.

- Good communication skills and the ability to develop strength.
